Research in field of travel mechanisms of mobile machines with accent on energy consuption of travel mechanisms and minimization of negative influence on soil

The project is aimed on travel mechanisms of mobile machines, with focus on wheeled and tracked mechanisms. It will solve kinematics and dynamics of these mechanisms from both points of view of energy consuption minimizing of travel mechanisms and minimizing of negative influence of travel mechanisms on the soil. The solution of the project will be based on using of the soil bin facility, which enable us to test energy properties of tires and its effects on the soil. As part solving of the project this soil bin will be finished and extended to allow tests of tracked mechanisms too. Result of the measurements will be verified in a terrain and using modern computer simulation technologies (MSC.ADAMS, SolidWorks Simulations).
