Integration of Progressive Information Technology and Soft Skills into Education Programs Focusing on Management of Manufacturing Processes

The main idea of the project is to integrate progressive information technology and soft skills into education programs focusing on management of manufacturing processes with the goal to increase graduates' preparedness for work in the workforce. The project is based on analysis of current needs and trends of manufacturing organizations and specifies requirements of employers on university graduates. Part of the project's solution is transformation of research results into the pedagogic process. The added value of the project is improvement of quality of offered education at European universities, specifically at faculties as modern institutions of European importance.
