Influence of spreading of non-native plants on the biotops structural characteristic in the river aluvia within the context of landscape use

The project is focused on research of non-native plants populations along the river and its dissemination into the surrounding habitats, both natural and anthropogenic affected, including agricultural structures. The subject of research will also be a qualitative change of vegetation with the presence of invasive plants and the overall character of the habitat. Leaf litter from plants determines substrate character and its properties significantly impact on species and structural characteristics of edaphone. Priority sites will be in terms of lowland rivers Bodrog and Latorica and Ipeľ basin in terms of the median flow of the river Hron and in mountain streams Slanské vrchy and Štiavnické vrchy.
