Geoinformatics in the Disaster Risk Management

The project of Geoinformatics in the Disaster Risk Management IP deals with the synthesis of existing knowledge about risk management, particular risk components and their assessment and modelling using Geoinformatics tools, as well as its transfer to the students and teachers of selected institutions (TU in Zvolen, Miklos Zrínyi University of National Defence in Budapest and VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava). All the partner institutions (HEI) provide specialists in the particular expert fields which represent the topics of proposed Erasmus IP.
