Economic and Social Context of European 20/20/20 Targets from the Viewpoint of EconomyLow-energy Houses.

Accepting the targets of the Europe 2020 strategy we obliged to cut down gradually energy consumption, CO2 production and to increase the ratio of renewable energy sources. As 40% of energy is consumed by buildings, there is a significant change in requirements of energy efficiency. The construction of low energy houses with using of renewable sources are becoming the favoured solution. The aim of the project is to present economic impacts of constructing building based on the analysis of input investments and strategic calculations considering the regulation No. 2010/31/EU on energy efficiency of buildings. The result of the project shall outline information database for a prospective user of the building. This shall cover environmental and economic considerations.
