Implementation of new technologies and teaching methods for forestry geodesy and mapping.

It is currently necessary to reflect the current state of practical mapping of forests for teaching these subjects, as well as trends that are potentially useful in future. In order to improve the study it is necessary to add the possibility of electronic access to study materials through internet website. These can be helpful not only for full-time and part-time students, but also for candidates from other institutions or practice. One of the trends that are currently starting to be introduced to the practice of forestry is the positioning with use of mobile "smart" devices. One of the aims of the project is to integrate this type of measurement into education in means of pointing out the specifics of the forest environment, the issue of accuracy, quality of spatial data, and the like.
