There are many multinational corporations in Slovakia which reach highly above-average performance and they use various untraditional methods and techniques for performance managing. On the other hand there are many Slovak companies with stagnated performance in a long-term period. A goal of the project is to analyze key differences between national and multinational companies from the point of view of systems for the strategic managing of its performance. Then it is necessary to identify differences within managing and to desing model for strategic business performance management.
