Integration of Soft Skills into Technically Oriented Education Programs

The aim of the project is to integrate soft skills into technically oriented education programs to increase employability of Faculty of Environmental and Manufacturing Technology (FEMT) graduates. Based on analysis of current needs of manufacturing companies we will define practical experience that graduates from technical faculties require. Targeted benchmarking performed at domestic and international technical universities will aid in creation of a competency model of soft skills to innovate existing teaching units. The added value of the project is increased quality of offered education at the European university level and elevated perception of universities, specifically faculties, as modern institutions with European significance.
