Computational Model of Motivation

Identification of the most important factors of employee motivation in Slovakia at present is the main topic of the research. Methods of sociological inquiry (questionnaire, structured dialogues and the Delphi method) will be used to acquire relevant data. Descriptive statistics and test statistics will be used to handle the results of the research. Objective of the project will be to define computational model of motivation useful for predicting motivation needs of employees in terms of gender, age, education, seniority, job position, as well as in terms of classification of sectors of economy in the Slovak Republic.
